However with the advent of the modern-day hippie culture, nose piercing became very popular in the Western countries during the 1960's and has still remained in fashion with almost all fashionable European woman as of now.
5. FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Nose piercing is generally performed with a piercing gun or with the help of a sterilized surgical needle. The act of piercing is mostly done with the help of trained personals to make the nose piercing precise and also painless. Once the piercing is completed, the piercer inserts the nose screw which is not replaced until the piercing in the nose has got itself healed. For once it is removed while the piercing is still raw; it becomes difficult to get back the nose screws down through the pierced hole once again. It generally takes about three to four days to get the nose healed and back in its shape.
These types of piercings may not appeal to you, but with this information you may now be able to decide if this is what you want to get when you step into the piercing shop.
